Auction Management
Auctions are a lot of work, and require equipment that can be expensive. We
provide a complete auction management service to assist with your event:
- Work with staff or committee members in the weeks/months leading up
to the event
- Storage and transport of all auction items
- Maintain database of all items and provide bid sheets for silent auctions,
as well as donor display cards
- Provide on-site management of auction
- Provide all computer and printer needs for invoicing and credit card
payment
- Provide sales reports after completion of the auction
Whether this is your 1st or your 50th auction, bringing in an outside company to
manage it can take a lot of the stress out of an event. We will do whatever we need
